Teleperformance entra nel mercato dell'outsourcing dei servizi dei centri di assistenza "Face-to-Face" grazie all'acquisizione del 50% del capitale di TLScontact

Parigi, 20 gennaio 2010 - Teleperformance, leader mondiale sul mercato dei centri di contatto in outsourcing, entra nel segmento dei centri di contatto"Face-to-Face" attraverso l'acquisizione del 50% del capitale di TLScontact.

Attualmente TLScontact gestisce i centri "Face-to-Face" che si occupano in outsourcing dell'elaborazione delle richieste di visti per conto delle amministrazioni e dei servizi pubblici in Europa, Asia, Africa settentrionale e Medio Oriente. La societ? si avvale di una propria suite di software di gestione delle interazioni, che garantisce un controllo step-by-step della procedura e rispetta i pi? severi standard di sicurezza esistenti.
