The takeover bid prospectus has been approved on February 16, 2010 by the CBFA and transmitted to the Board of Directors of IBt.

The Board of Directors of IBt will make his opinion and his position on the offer known by issuing an independent "memorandum in response", written with the financial assistance of Petercam. This memorandum will be available once it has been approved by the CBFA. It will be made available on the website of the company: www.ibt-bebig.eu and on the website of the CBFA at www.cbfa.be .

The results of the takeover bid shall be published on March 16, 2010.

Payments shall take place on March 30, 2010.
