Seneffe - Belgio, 25 febbraio 2010. Il Gruppo IBt Bebig (Reuters: IBTH.BR - Bloomberg: IBTB BB) ha appena annunciato che il CBFA, l'ente normativo belga per i mercati finanziari, ha approvato la "memoria di risposta" contenente il parere e la posizione del Consiglio di amministrazione in merito all'offerta pubblica di acquisto obbligatoria totalitaria sulle azioni ordinarie del Gruppo, lanciata da Eckert & Ziegler e SMI Steglitz. L'approvazione ? stata concessa il 25 febbraio 2010.

La memoria, che ? indipendente dal prospetto, ? stato approvata dal CdA e scritta con l'assistenza del consulente finanziario della societ?, Petercam.
